These terms are the rules for using forhiminstealth.com (the “site”), run by For Him In Stealth (“we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What the site is

A faith-based site sharing Christian music, traditional Catholic prayers and a way to ask for prayer or help. It also hosts the FHIS Circle, a private, invite-only group that quietly helps people in need. The site is free to use.

2. Using the site

  • Use the site lawfully and kindly.
  • Do not try to break into, overload, copy in bulk, or interfere with the site or its security.
  • Do not send spam, false requests, threats, or anything hateful, sexual or illegal.
  • Do not pretend to be someone else, and do not share another person’s private information without their permission.

3. Things you send us

You keep ownership of what you send (messages, prayer requests, photos, posts). You give us permission to use it for the reason you sent it: to answer, pray, help, run the Circle, and, only if you allow it, show a prayer request on the public prayer wall. You confirm you have the right to share it. We may edit for privacy, decline or remove anything at our discretion.

4. The FHIS Circle

Membership is by invitation only, for adults. Members must follow the Community Guidelines, keep their login private, and keep what they see in the Circle confidential. We may pause or end any membership at any time, for any reason, especially to protect the people we serve.

5. No professional advice

Everything on the site is offered for faith and encouragement. It is not medical, mental health, legal, financial or other professional advice. Please read the Disclaimer. In an emergency, call 911. If you are thinking about suicide or are in crisis, call or text 988.

6. Help is not guaranteed

Asking for help does not guarantee that we can help, or when. Members help as volunteers, in their own personal capacity. Any help offered is a gift, not a service or contract.

7. Music, prayers and content

Our songs, recordings, videos, designs and text are protected by copyright. See Copyright & Music Rights for what you may and may not do.

8. Shop

Online payment is not switched on right now. If we start selling, prices, shipping, returns and refunds will be shown before you buy, and those terms will apply to your order.

9. Other websites

The site links to and embeds other services, such as YouTube and Facebook. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

10. The site is offered “as is”

We do our best, but we provide the site “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise it will always be available or error-free.

11. Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, For Him In Stealth and its volunteers are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for anything that results from using the site, from content others post, or from help given or not given. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that the law does not allow to be limited.

12. Minnesota law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota, unless the law says otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
